Day 17 (Saturday 13th Dec 08)

Reached Nakhon Sawan in the Midnight and found a good Patrol stop to sleep for few hours and make my way to Aran..Move off and continued to Aran at 5am...maanage to Reach at 8.30am and thru to the Aran - Poi pet border.. Well the cross border was not a hastle in Thai side Aran...manage to clear after an Hour of enquiry and Photo Taking ..as usual clear the Custom side for Munster then get my passport stamp...No $$$ involved...after that get a clearance for Munster again at the Make shift counter...which i paid 10Bht for customs check...then to down to Poipet.. on the way,I met with 2 great M'sia Rider whom just wanna past the Border and see...they were like me having a Trip and will be back till early January.They were BOB on a Aprillia and Khairi on a BMW Tourer... Wow enjoying the time with the Two Old Timer..we talked and Talked and they played host to me like as if we were in M'sia...They Welcome me with a Journey to M'sia on one fine day on their 4x4WD...out in the jungle..(I would not miss anything for that).

Continued the Journey to Poipet and got our passport stamp ...Again no $$$ involved... Good smooth sailing for US...Then we went to the Customs for Clearance..Got to a building which is about 100m away then went to the 2nd floor and met the Asst Chief...he simply said some khmer language and asked for $$$..I acted as if i dun understand and said something bout Singapore said nothing bout paying ..he gave a Blur look and show me the Door..All good to go said BOB after he gave the Asst Chief a 20BHT or something..HEHEHE. Off we went...then We chatted till Noon and they sent me off with a prayer..and a good luck... I then started My way in into the Unknown..

It was my Very 1st experience into Cambodia...the butterfly in the stomach plus eager to meet MEL since 27th Nov was out of the World...1st 20km was a bearable account...however as the red mud and the rocky roads..started to grow more and more...Eager began to dissappear Wanted to give up all hope...It was killing me..and weather was like 35degree..Out under the Hottt!!!!!!Sun..WOAH...It like baking a Sponge cake in the Oven...I'm Burnt out and my strong WILL power Diminished...all i could see is me lying on the road helplessly... I stopped more and more for water and rest for my unbearable pain on my arms...out of sudden after going thru lot of detour for the Bridge...I saw one that could end mine for the day...Saw a truck pouring water on the Road surface for road repair and rebuilding..Damn I say,the Road will be slippery..I had no choice as a big truck were right behind me and one across an incoming Truck too...so I just had to slow down as there were no more traction on my rubber.(Khairil did suggest to me to put Ropes on the Tires..however the one i bought was too tiny to take into effect, furthermore Any bigger than tat it wouldn't go thru my hugger...the ropes were just too Tiny to get any Traction)..as i was doing that..A white car which I later found out was a TAXI..had zoom pass between me without any Hesitation and 2nd thought for ME...and the Lorries....Imagine that..I Felt It touches me and gave a light bump my Left HB...and DoWN Munster went..

ONCE again my MOST RELIABLE YET RIDEABLE SCREEN>>>CRASH and brok into PIECES..oh oh oh oh oh, no no no no..however without any delay,I took out my camera and took a few quick shots..also at the same time...gave a Quick high Middle finger to the Taxi driver....Laughed,cried and shouted all in after the incident..I stayed in that position for a good 10min and settle down before Help came..Brought up Munster and continued the Great Journey..WOAH..There is still 60km Left to Siem Reap..The Road Condition saddened me...they had so many Young man..yet the Roads are all crazily built...All Red Soil..and poorly built..I saw for the 1st time How a poor condition road in a country is being Built.....all good 140km...Dusty and bumpy... Manage to get to Town at 1630hrs, called Mel for Direction..

Was Glad to see her for the 1st Time...since that ever Long.. My only determination to reach Siem Reap was to meet her and get her out from Here ASAP..But 1st and foreMost..TO GIVE THE CHILDREN OF CAMBODIA...what I had PLAN for em..The GIFT From Good Heart PPL...A List will be POST SOON... CHeers...
